DES QUESTIONS ????
Can I leave with a person who is not on my CAF certificate?
Yes, you can go on holiday with someone who is not on your CAF certificate.
However, this person will not be able to benefit from the aid initially.
If she wishes to benefit from financial aid, she must be eligible and submit a file in her name.
How is the holiday grant paid ?
The aid is paid directly to the service provider after payment of your deposit or it is paid to the beneficiary after full payment of the service.
Can I get help with my unmarried spouse, sister, mother or other family member?
No, the aid is only dedicated to the member of the household listed on the CAF certificate or family record book.
How can I justify payment of the service or my deposit?
You must provide the paid invoice and proof of payment.
How to budget for your stay?
I evaluate my expenses, I ask for quotes. The agent will establish a budget with you and put together a support file.
If the financial aid is greater than the price of the stay
Can I have the difference?
No, you must pay a minimum of 20% of your stay.
If your stay costs €600 and you are normally entitled to €700 in aid.
You will be paid the sum of €480, which will correspond to 80% of the total price of the stay.
You will still be charged €120, the equivalent of 20%.
